Make in-person payments upstairs in the Graham Elliott Building (B1).

Mail

Mail your payment by check to Beaufort County Community College attn: Business Office, 5337 US HWY 264 East Washington, NC 27889. Make the check payable to Beaufort County Community College and write Student Aid in the memo section.

Sponsorships

Students paying with a sponsor must have authorization on file with BCCC. You or your sponsor should email proof of authorization each semester to businessoffice@beaufortccc.edu.

Payment Plan

Students can set up a payment plan before the first day of class. Log in to your Self-Service account and select Student Finance then Create a Payment Plan. There is a $20 non-refundable payment plan setup fee. The plan must be paid off by the end of the contract.
