This 24-hour course prepares individuals to substitute teach in the local school system. This course provides information on learning expectations, time management, monitoring student interaction, classroom management, and many other topics related to being a substitute. The textbook, Substitute Teacher Handbook (ISBN: 9780982165782), is available in the BCCC Bookstore. Prerequisite: High School Diploma or equivalency.
