Allied Health Admissions

The Associate Degree Nursing, Practical Nursing, and Medical Laboratory Technology Programs are limited in the number of students that can be admitted each year. These programs have a competitive admissions process and have special admission requirements, application process, and selection criteria. Students must apply during the 2024-2025 application cycle, as listed below.

Application Cycle Dates

Step 1- APPLY TO BCCC

Apply to BCCC. Complete all 3 parts of the BCCC Admissions. (Application, FASFA, Residency) Please select either Pre-ADN, Pre-LPN, or Pre-MLT as your program of study.

Step 2- SUBMIT TRANSCRIPTS

Submit transcripts from high school and all previous colleges and universities other than BCCC.

Step 3- REQUEST APPLICATION

Please complete the info request form to set-up an appointment with Nicole Smith-Poulin (Admissions Coordinator) to determine eligibility and to receive the online application.

Step 4 – TEAS/HESI ADMISSION TEST (ADN and LPN only)

Submit TEAS or HESI scores, or register to take the TEAS placement test at BCCC. See TEAS information at:

After testing, be sure to save a PDF copy of your ATI TEAS report, as you will need to upload it when you apply. (Next Step).

Step 5-SUBMIT APPLICATION

Submit electronic application. (See Step 3 for application). Within the application, please upload TEAS scores and any certifications received.

Step 6- NOTIFICATION

You will receive all notifications to BCCC email. You will be notified when your application has been received and when selection has been determined. Ranking and selection will typically happen in late March or early April.
